Drovm Terms & Plan Policy
The rules that govern your Drovm account, subscription access, and use of the delivery-performance tools.
Effective: October 22, 2026
1. The Drovm service
Drovm is a delivery-performance product that helps you record shifts, review earnings and costs, and compare results through your Drovm account.
Available features and interfaces may change as the product develops.
2. Subscription plans and renewal
Drovm is offered on recurring Monthly and Annual plans. The current public prices are $7.99 per month and $59.99 per year, unless checkout clearly displays a different promotional or updated price before purchase.
Subscription prices and charges are in US dollars (USD), regardless of the currency selected for delivery records. Workspace records, goals, and cost estimates are kept separately by currency; Drovm does not convert currencies or combine their totals.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable billing interval until canceled. Monthly and Annual plans provide the same core Drovm product; the difference is billing frequency.
14-day free trial
A verified account may start one 14-day trial from either plan option without entering a payment card. A trial does not create a paid subscription, renew, or produce an automatic charge when it ends. You can choose to purchase Monthly or Annual in secure checkout at any time; the price shown there applies only if you complete that purchase. At trial expiry, saved records remain available to view while retained, and saving new or changed records requires paid access.
3. Your Drovm account
Access is licensed to the approved Drovm account associated with the subscription. Account access is intended for the subscriber and may not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used to verify your account and for providing accurate account information.
4. Ownership and license
Drovm retains ownership of the product, interface templates, formulas, scripts, private calculation systems, dashboards, reports, documentation, design, code, and product architecture.
You retain ownership of the original shift-entry data you provide, such as your earnings, distance in miles or kilometers, time, expenses, and other records entered into the service.
Your subscription provides a limited, non-transferable right to use Drovm for your own authorized use. It does not transfer ownership of Drovm technology or proprietary product materials.
5. Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share private access with unauthorized users, copy proprietary formulas or code for competing use, reverse engineer protected product logic, or use Drovm materials to create an unauthorized derivative commercial product.
6. Cancellation and end of subscription
You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
After paid access expires, the native Drovm workspace is read-only: you may view saved records while they are retained, but creating or changing records requires valid subscription access. Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy. Subscriber-only support and services end with the subscription.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Data exports
You may request an export of your original shift-entry data through the Drovm Contact page. Exports do not include proprietary formulas, scripts, private calculation logic, internal administrative records, or protected product architecture.
8. Product changes and migration
Drovm may update the user interface, data structure, hosting model, automation, backend, mobile experience, or other technical components as the service develops. These changes may replace earlier interfaces while preserving the intended Drovm service.
9. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for decisions you make using Drovm outputs. Estimates, projections, reserves, and performance metrics depend on the data and assumptions provided.
10. No professional advice
Drovm provides organizational, analytical, and performance-tracking tools. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You should use qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
11. Service availability
Drovm may rely on third-party infrastructure and services. We work to maintain reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
12. Questions
For plan-policy, account, data, or support questions, use the Drovm Contact page.
