Getting Started
Sign in and set up your account
Open your Drovm account sign-in page and enter an email address you can access. Open the sign-in link sent to that inbox. Check Junk or Spam when a message is missing, and request a fresh link when an earlier link no longer works. Never share a sign-in link.
In Settings → Workspace preferences & goals, choose your currency and Miles or Kilometers, then select Save settings. Customize Your platforms and Your vehicles by adding a name, removing a choice with ×, or using Restore defaults. These label changes save automatically and control the Log a shift dropdowns. Existing shifts keep their original labels, and Upload Menu is separate.
Email verification creates account access; it is not a paid subscription. If you chose a cardless trial, verification starts that access; if you chose a paid plan, verification continues to secure Stripe checkout. You can also choose access under Your subscription in Settings. Your account shows whether records are editable or read-only.

Choose miles or kilometers
Open Settings → Workspace preferences & goals. Under Distance unit, select Miles (mi) or Kilometers (km), then choose Save settings. New accounts start in miles; you can switch units later.
Your selection applies to shift entry and editing, screenshot review, Overview, Shift Log, and Performance Analysis. Distance totals and net earnings per mile or kilometer use the selected unit. Switching units converts how distances and cost rates are shown; it preserves the underlying distances, cost estimates, and net earnings.
Screenshot import reads the distance unit printed on the image and converts the distance into your chosen review unit. A screenshot in miles can be reviewed in kilometers, and vice versa. Check the value before saving. If the distance or unit is missing or unclear, enter the verified distance yourself in the unit shown on the form.
Distance and currency are separate preferences. Choose USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, EUR, or NZD in Settings. Each currency keeps its own records, goals, and cost estimates; amounts are never converted. Subscription billing remains in USD. Screenshot import currently expects English text.

Track earnings in USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, EUR, or NZD
Open Settings → Workspace preferences & goals. Under Currency, select US dollar (US$ / USD), Canadian dollar (CA$ / CAD), British pound (£ / GBP), Australian dollar (A$ / AUD), Euro (€ / EUR), or New Zealand dollar (NZ$ / NZD), then choose Save settings.
Your selected currency appears on shift entry, screenshot review, earnings, expenses, goals, cost settings, and reports. Each currency has separate records and settings. Switching currency does not convert amounts or combine totals across currencies; switch back to see that currency’s saved history, goals, and cost estimates.
Choose the currency that matches the money on your delivery statement before entering or importing a shift. Check the currency label during review, especially when a screenshot only shows a dollar sign. The screenshot reader expects English text. If a date or amount is unclear, enter the verified value yourself before saving.
Currency and distance are independent: use any supported currency with miles or kilometers. Changing distance units converts displayed distances and cost rates; changing currency does not convert money.
Drovm Monthly and Annual subscriptions remain billed in US dollars (USD). Changing your workspace currency does not change your subscription price or billing currency. After trial or paid access ends, you can still switch currencies to view retained records in read-only mode.

Log and correct a shift
Choose Log a shift. Enter the date, start time, platform, vehicle and a shift label such as Dinner. Enter total time worked as hours and minutes, business distance in the miles or kilometers shown on the form, and deliveries. Choose your distance unit in Settings before entering a shift. Active time is optional: leave it blank when you do not know it rather than entering a guessed zero.
Confirm the currency shown on the form, then put base pay, tips, bonuses and other earnings in their matching fields. Compare Total gross earnings with your platform total so the same earnings are not entered twice. Add a short note only when useful, then select Save shift.
Find the saved entry in Shift history and select it to make a correction. A save error means the change needs attention; a later refresh error does not necessarily mean the save failed. Refresh and inspect the existing record before entering a duplicate.

Import and review a screenshot
Choose Import a screenshot and select the platform first. Use PNG, JPG or WebP images up to 10 MB each. The reader expects English text and amounts matching your selected workspace currency (USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, EUR, or NZD) and recognizes distance labeled in miles or kilometers. Tested layouts include light-mode DoorDash shift summaries and Uber Eats examples; other layouts may require manual entry or correction.
Select multiple Uber Session Summary screenshots to combine sessions from one date. Review the date, platform, vehicle and shift label before combining them into one shift. Import other screenshot types one at a time. A one-date Earnings Activity list or an individual trip can fill partial values; check and complete the shift totals yourself.
Customize the screenshot platform list in Settings → Upload Menu. Add a delivery platform or company, remove any default or custom option with ×, or restore the six defaults. Changes save to your account and do not remove saved shifts, platform history or vehicles. Custom names use the general reader and still need review.
The reader opens a draft for your review. Compare the date, start time, total time, active time, deliveries, distance and every earnings field against the source. Printed miles or kilometers are converted into the distance unit selected in Settings. Fill missing values yourself in the unit shown on the form. An individual trip, expected payout or multi-day total must not be treated as one complete shift.
Confirm the review checkbox before saving. Duplicate warnings can help you open an existing shift instead. The image and recognized text stay on your device; an image fingerprint is used for duplicate checks, and reviewed shift values are sent when you save.

Keep useful shift notes
Open Shift log and select Notes. Notes stay attached to their original shifts. Select an entry, edit its text and choose Save note. Clear the text and save to remove the note.
The note-only editor preserves the shift earnings, time, distance and other fields. Use Shift history when the shift itself needs a correction.
Keep notes relevant to your work: reminders, general conditions or an observation to compare later. Do not include customer names, order addresses, payment information or other unnecessary personal details.

Read Performance Analysis
Overview and Performance Analysis share the same Comparison period menu: This Week, This Month, Recent Nine Weeks, This Year and All Records. Weeks start on Monday in your account timezone; Recent Nine Weeks includes the current week and eight previous weeks. Compare platforms, shift labels, weekdays and vehicles in Performance Analysis. These are comparisons of your saved records, not promises about your next shift.
Detailed comparisons use weighted net earnings per hour and show shift counts. Matching rates can share a rank, negative results remain visible, and missing time or distance information is not turned into a zero. Read active-time coverage alongside utilization and active-hour rates. Overall work time counts overlapping sessions once using their start times and durations; platform comparisons retain each platform’s own hours. Active time is the sum recorded, so combined utilization assumes active periods did not overlap.
Platform, shift, weekday and vehicle comparisons also show total distance and net earnings per mile or kilometer. These follow your saved Distance unit setting. Overview and Shift Log show distance totals in the same unit.
Switch the recent nine-week trend between Net earnings / hour and Total earnings. Total earnings shows recorded gross earnings. The trend always covers nine Monday-to-Sunday weeks, independently of the comparison filter, and the current week is incomplete. Financial results use the selected currency and do not combine currencies. Separately logged expenses and the tax reserve are shown in Overview rather than included in these shift comparisons.
Back to guides ↑Goals & Planning
Set goals and review progress
In Settings, select the currency for your goals. Enter your Monthly goal and Annual goal, then choose Save settings. Overview displays matching monthly and annual progress cards. Each currency keeps separate targets and progress. Goal progress is based on recorded gross earnings, not estimated take-home pay.
Use the Overview period controls to review this week, month or year. A weekly reporting view is not a separate weekly-goal setting.
Changing cost assumptions recalculates dashboard estimates for past shifts as well. Revisit your target and input assumptions deliberately; recorded progress does not guarantee future earnings.
Back to guides ↑Costs & Profitability
Understand costs and expenses
In Settings, choose your distance unit, then enter Operating cost and Maintenance estimates per mile or kilometer. The labels follow your selection. Changing only the distance unit converts the displayed rates and preserves your existing cost estimates; editing a rate changes the estimate applied to your recorded shifts. Choose Save settings to apply changes.
The Tax reserve percentage is an estimate you choose for planning, not a calculation of your actual tax liability. Cost inputs use the selected workspace currency. Switching currency restores that currency’s own estimates and goals.
Use Expenses to record additional costs not already included in your distance-based estimates. Enter the date, amount and category; merchant and notes are optional. Avoid counting the same cost both as a logged expense and in an estimate.
In Overview, What you keep separates gross earnings, operating costs, maintenance reserve, logged expenses, estimated net, tax reserve and estimated take-home. Review each line instead of treating gross earnings as profit.

Manage billing and access
Drovm subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD), independently of your workspace currency. Open Settings and find Your subscription. Review the plan, status, paid-through date and access state. Use Refresh status after returning from checkout or making a billing change. A browser return alone is not confirmation of paid access.
When available, Manage subscription opens Stripe for that account. Use it for the offered payment-method, invoice and cancellation controls. Scheduled cancellation normally leaves paid access in place until the displayed end date; check the confirmation and the Terms & Plan Policy.
After entitlement expiry, the native workspace is read-only: saved records remain viewable while adding or changing records requires valid subscription access. Data retention remains subject to the Privacy Policy. Use Contact for billing or export help, and do not make a second purchase just because a status refresh is delayed.
