Drovm Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Drovm may process when you use the website, your Drovm account, delivery-performance tools, and support channels.
Effective: October 22, 2026
1. Information we may collect
Depending on the Drovm service you use, we may process account and subscription information, the verified email address used for access, saved product data and access records, delivery shift entries, derived performance metrics, website/device/usage information, and communications you send to Drovm.
Drovm's current first-party website analytics may record the page path, referring website domain, campaign parameters such as UTM source/medium/campaign, and selected site events such as pricing, checkout, business, and form interactions. This analytics implementation does not intentionally store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, payment details, or persistent tracking cookies.
2. Delivery and performance data
Delivery data may include earnings and expenses in your selected currency, distance in miles or kilometers, time, platform, shift type, vehicle-related inputs, goals, currency and distance preferences, and other information you choose to enter. Drovm may calculate derived metrics such as hourly performance, profitability estimates, reserves, trends, projections, and goal progress.
When you use screenshot import, the image and the text read from it are processed on your device and are not uploaded to Drovm or an external recognition service. Drovm receives an image fingerprint to check for duplicates. When you save, Drovm stores the reviewed shift values and that fingerprint with your account. The image preview is released when you close the review.
3. How information is used
For signed-in preview accounts, we may record the first preview opening and plan-link selection with the account to measure onboarding. These events are separate from saved shifts and are not counted as product activation. We record optional email consent and opt-outs, delivery attempts, and verified bounce or complaint events to honor preferences and prevent repeated unwanted messages.
When you arrive through a campaign link and verify your email, we may associate the campaign source with your account and record milestones such as checkout creation, subscription status, saved shifts, and use of Performance Analysis. We use these records to understand which paths lead to subscription and continued use. If you optionally answer a cancellation-reason question after canceling, we store that choice with your account.
We may use information to provide account access, operate the product, calculate requested metrics, maintain subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability and usability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain records, and support migration between versions of Drovm.
If you separately opt in, Drovm may also send a short sequence of product tips and reminders about starting a subscription. This optional marketing preference is separate from sign-in, security, billing, and service messages. You can turn it off from Drovm Settings or by using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
4. Service providers
Drovm may rely on service providers for website hosting, billing, payment processing, email or account access, analytics, file storage, security, and product infrastructure. Files from earlier Drovm versions may remain in Google Drive or Google Sheets; current account and lifecycle operations use Cloudflare. The checkout provider used at the time of purchase may also process billing-related information under its own privacy terms.
5. Product ownership versus your data
You retain ownership of the original shift-entry data you provide. Drovm retains ownership of its product templates, formulas, scripts, private calculation systems, code, dashboards, report structures, documentation, and product architecture.
Any user-data export is intended to provide your underlying shift-entry information and does not include Drovm proprietary formulas, code, report logic, internal administrative records, or protected product materials.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for product operation, support, billing records, security, legal obligations, migration, and service administration.
For migrations from earlier Drovm versions, archived service files may be retained for up to 60 days after access ends, and temporary export files may be retained for up to 7 days after they are created.
7. Security
Drovm uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their account credentials and approved email access.
8. Your choices and requests
You may request help with account information, a copy of your original shift-entry data, or correction of inaccurate account details through the Drovm Contact page.
Optional product tips and subscription reminders are sent only when that preference is enabled. Turning them off does not prevent you from receiving transactional messages needed for account access, subscription administration, payment recovery, security, or requested support.
9. Changes to this policy
Drovm may update this policy as the platform, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
10. Contact
For privacy or data questions, use the Drovm Contact page and select the privacy/data-request path when available.
