Billing policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
How recurring Drovm subscriptions, cancellations, paid-through access, and refund requests are handled.
Effective: October 22, 2026
1. Recurring subscriptions
Drovm Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD) and renew automatically until canceled. Your workspace currency does not change the subscription billing currency. The price and billing interval shown at checkout control the subscription you purchase.
14-day free trial
A trial requires no card, does not automatically become a subscription, and ends without a charge. A separate purchase through Stripe Checkout is required to start recurring billing. After the trial, your saved records remain viewable in read-only mode while retained unless you choose paid access.
2. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel before the next renewal. Unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing period after an effective cancellation.
3. Access after cancellation
You may continue using paid subscriber services through the paid-through date. After paid access expires, the native workspace is read-only: saved records remain viewable while retained, and creating or changing records requires valid subscription access. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Subscriber-only support and services end with the subscription.
4. General refund rule
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Drovm does not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused days, partial months, early cancellation of an Annual Plan, or a subscription that was not canceled before renewal.
5. When a refund or correction may be appropriate
Drovm may correct or refund charges when there is a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a material provisioning failure, material service unavailability attributable to Drovm, a legal requirement to refund, or another circumstance Drovm determines warrants an exception.
6. Cancellation is not automatically a refund request
Canceling stops future renewal according to the cancellation timing above. A separate refund request is required when you believe a completed charge qualifies for correction or refund.
7. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Drovm or its billing provider may retry the payment or allow a short grace period before paid services are suspended or ended.
8. Billing questions
For duplicate charges, billing errors, cancellation issues, or refund requests, use the Drovm Contact page.
